Shop Policies

Here is just a list of shop policies to help with any questions or confusion. If you have any other questions you can use the "Contact" tab or email me at [email protected]

-I hold the right to refuse service to anyone. That being said I am willing to work with budgets and time frames. Just please email me to let me know. 

-Please allow 1-2 weeks for pre-made items to ship out. With Covid-19 there have been delays so even if I ship on time, it may still take longer for your purchase to arrive. 

-I do not allow refunds after items have been shipped. If you require a refund you have 48 hours to email me from your purchase

-I am not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items after shipment.

-Custom orders can take up to 3 weeks before being shipped out. Customs are done via a sign-up wait list here CARRD LINK . More detailed info under the "Customs Info" page
